Boot Alcatel 1 Plus Recovery Mode using Hardware Buttons

1. First of all, power off your phone.
2. Once the device is off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power button together for a few seconds.
3. Release the Power button as soon as you see the Alcatel Logo on the screen.
4. Release the Volume Up button when the device boots into Recovery Mode.

Boot Alcatel 1 Plus into Recovery using ADB command

1. First of all, make sure you have installed Alcatel 1 Plus USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows PC.
2. Enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing; go to Settings > About Phone and tap on Build Number for about 7-10 times.
3. Connect your device to PC and open Command Prompt (CMD).
4. Enter the below command to boot Alcatel 1 Plus into Recovery Mode.

   adb reboot recovery

1. Power off your Phone.
2. Once the device is off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power button together for a few seconds.

4. Release the Volume Up button when the device boots into Recovery Mode.

Assuming ADB and Fastboot Drivers installed on PC, and USB Debugging enabled on Phone enter the below command after connecting it to PC.

Open Command Prompt (CMD) on your PC and enter the below command.
