Boot HTC One M10 Recovery Mode using Hardware Buttons

1. Power off your phone.
2. Once the device is off. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power button together for a few seconds.
3. Release the keys as soon as you see the new menu appears on the screen.
4. Now, choose the Reboot to Bootloader Mode using the Volume button and select it using the Power button.
5. Now use the same keys as before to select "Boot to Recovery Mode".
6. When the warning image appears on the screen press the Power button at once.
7. Press Volume Up once while holding down the Power button.
   

Boot HTC One M10 into Recovery using ADB command

1. First of all, make sure you have installed HTC One M10 USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows PC.
2. Enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing; go to Settings > About Phone and tap on Build Number for about 7-10 times.
3. Connect your device to PC and open Command Prompt (CMD).
4. Enter the below command to boot HTC One M10 into Recovery Mode.

   adb reboot recovery

2. Press and hold Volume Down + Power buttons together for a few seconds.
