1. Power off your phone.
2. Once the device is off. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power button together for a few seconds.
3. Release all the buttons once you see the Android Boot Mode.
4. Use the Volume Up button to select Recovery Mode from the list of Boot Options and press Volume Down to confirm.
5. Now, your phone should boot into Recovery Mode.

1. First of all, make sure you have installed BQ BQS-5055 Turbo Plus USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows PC.

3. Connect your device to PC and open Command Prompt (CMD).
