1. Power off your phone.
2. Once the device is off. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power button together for a few seconds.
3. As soon as the new menu appears on the screen you should release keys.
4. Now, choose the Reboot to Bootloader Mode using the Volume button and select it using the Power button.
5. Now, choose Recovery Mode using the Volume Down button and select it using the Power button.
   
6. As soon as the phone with the exclamtion piont appears on the screen hlod down Power button.
7. Press and release volume up key while holding down the Power button.
8. Now, your phone should boot into Recovery Mode.

Boot HTC Desire 10 Pro into Recovery using ADB command

1. First of all, make sure you have installed HTC Desire 10 Pro USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows PC.
2. Enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing; go to Settings > About Phone and tap on Build Number for about 7-10 times.
3. Connect your device to PC and open Command Prompt (CMD).
4. Enter the below command to boot HTC Desire 10 Pro into Recovery Mode.
