Boot Sugar C13 Recovery Mode using Hardware Buttons

1. Power off your phone.
2. Once the device is off, press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons together for a few seconds.
3. Release the keys as soon as you see the Boot Mode on the screen.
4. Now, press the Volume Up button quickly to enter into the Recovery Mode.

Boot Sugar C13 into Recovery using ADB command

1. First of all, make sure you have installed Sugar C13 USB Driver and ADB and Fastboot Drivers on your Windows PC.
2. Enable "USB Debugging" on your phone from Developer Options. If Developer Options is missing; go to Settings > About Phone and tap on Build Number for about 7-10 times.
3. Connect your device to PC and open Command Prompt (CMD).
